Ede Events receives information about its customers only when such information is provided voluntarily, such as when a customer requests information or a quote, makes a purchase or sends us an email.
When you provide personal information to us, it will be used only to fulfil your specific request.  We do reserve the right, at our discretion, to send you information about specials or services. We will not, however, sell, trade or share your personal information unless we are legally required to do so.
Ede Events takes all reasonable steps to ensure your information in any form, such as on paper or electronically is stored securely and protected from misuse.
In order to provide you with our services, we may ask for personal details such as address, phone numbers, email address, credit card details, driver’s license details and photo ID and we do need to keep these on our database to provide your hire booking.   Upon request your personal information can be removed from our database after your hire has been completed and paid for. Any credit card details on file are destroyed on return of your equipment on time and in good order OR after any applicable damages, shortages, cleaning fees and/or late returns have been charged.
