Small Things That Can Make a Big Difference on Your Wedding Day

Small Things That Can Make a Big Difference on Your Wedding Day

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! You're probably busy planning the wedding of your dreams, but don't forget about the little things that can make a big difference on your big day.
Here are some small details that can make your wedding extra special:

Transportation: This is an often overlooked, but extremely important detail. How will your guests and the wedding party be transported to and from the venue? Consider hiring a limo, shuttle bus, or arranging for taxis or ride-sharing services.

Signs and Custom Printing: Providing clear signage for guests can make a big difference in their overall experience. Consider creating custom signs and printing that fit your color scheme and the overall vibe of the event. Indicate where the ceremony, reception, restrooms, and parking areas are located with stylish and cohesive signs. Custom printing can also be used for place cards, menus, and thank you notes to add a personal touch to your wedding day.

Have no idea where to start? Stress less babe, just ask our team.

Water Jugs and Glassware: You want everyone having a blast and dancing at your wedding, so it's important to keep your guests hydrated. Consider placing water jugs on tables that way guests can easily access them and stay refreshed.
Also, make sure there's enough glassware for everyone, including champagne flutes and wine glasses.
Don't know how many glasses to order? No worries, we've got you! We always recommend a minimum of 1.5 glasses per person, per glass type. You want your bar staff hydrating your guests, not running around looking for a spare cup. Plus, with our Vintage Range you can add in a touch of fun and personality.

Vendor Seating: Don't forget to provide seating, plates, and cutlery for vendors such as photographers, videographers, and DJs. These vendors are often overlooked when it comes to seating arrangements and food service.

  • Ceremony Signing Table and Chairs: Many couples assume a signing table and chairs are provided by their celebrant, but this is not always the case. And while some celebrants do provide these items, they may not be aligned with your wedding theme and vision. Choose a signing table and chair combination that will complement the aesthetic of your day, as it will become a beautiful photo moment. Consider our Bamboo Chairs and Contemporary Bird Cage Table for a comfortable, natural look, or swap out the bamboo for our Wyre Chairs for a modern luxe vibe.

Outdoor Umbrellas: Don't forget to shade your guests! It's Townsville, even in winter that sun still packs a punch.
Our market umbrellas are a great option for afternoon weddings, pre-reception drinks, and garden ceremonies, especially in locations with strong sunlight. They can provide a comfortable shaded area for your guests to relax and enjoy the event, while also adding a stylish touch to your wedding decor.
